Chris graduated from the University of Queensland in 2011 with a postgraduate degree specializing in Human Movement Science. This postgraduate research and study empowered Chris to be an advocate for promoting fitness, health and wellness to the general population.
Before moving to the USA from Australia to be with his wife, Chris played Australian Football (AFL) at the semi-professional level. He brought with him an enthusiasm for sport and athletic development.
Chris specializes in strength and conditioning for athletes and the general population including program development, coaching correct lifting techniques, speed training, endurance training and sport specific functional training. Chris is dedicated to providing highly individualized personal training, as well as fitness and nutrition coaching.

Chris facilitates a strength and movement program on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings at 6:00am and 6:30am. Click here for more info on this program.
