Come join the early Saturday morning small group training sessions designed to increase your bloodflow and get your day started right.
Workouts include dynamic, full body movements facilitated by Grit Studio’s Dennard Wright who has years of experience leading group fitness classes.
Sessions will have no more than 15 participants and are 45 minutes in duration.
Cost is $20/session if paid by the month (pay for 4 sessions)
No make-up sessions if a workout is missed.
There is not an option to carry over sessions from one month to the next
Walk-Ins are welcome but if the class already has 15 participants it will be closed.
Walk-Ins are paid by the session and are $22.00.
Classes start at 7am on Saturdays
Warm-up is encouraged and is on your own. Grit will open doors at 6:45am.
